LifeOS does not provide regulated financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Our AI provides general guidance and information to help you make informed decisions. For specific advice tailored to your circumstances, please consult qualified professionals such as solicitors, financial advisers, or accountants.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Verify important information with qualified professionals before acting

5. Subscription and Payment

LifeOS is available for £10 per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Monthly recurring payments until cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LifeOS are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours - we do not claim ownership of information you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
