  • Voice recordings during AI conversations (processed in real-time, not stored)

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and personalise our AI family office services
  • Generate your Life Plan and protection analysis
  • Identify gaps in your financial and legal protection
  • Send proactive alerts and monthly check-in reminders
  • Improve our AI models and service quality
  • Communicate with you about your account

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database hosting with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. Documents in your vault are encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. AI and Voice Processing

Our AI conversations are powered by Google's Gemini models. Voice data is processed in real-time to enable natural conversations but is not permanently stored. Conversation transcripts may be retained to improve your personalised experience.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating our platform (Supabase, Vercel, Google)
  • Professional advisors when required by law
  • Third parties with your explicit consent

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings.
